Our version of a Chicory based roasted root tea. A trio of common Michigan medicinal roots (Dandelion, Burdock and Chicory) roasted - and the addition our Ayurvedic friend, Ashwagandha - make for one tasty brew. Enjoy it simple or brew with coffee. The roasted roots contain inulin, a pre-biotic source of soluble fiber, as well as a healthy bite of bitter for all kind of digestive goodness.* A balanced brew, both bitter and sweet.
